O, Lord, how I long for my walk with You to be all You would have it be!
Lord, will You walk close to me, as You did with Your disciples on the road to Emmaus?
Lord, will You lead me through the fire, as You did with Meshack, Shadrach, and Abednego?
Lord, will You protect me in the lions den, like Daniel?
Lord, will You be there to pull me up out of the water when I feel I am sinking, like Peter?
I know that trials will come, but Lord, will You lead me through, even if all seems lost, like Your disciples in the boat?
Lord, will You be with me when I have a giant to face, like David?
Lord, will You be my strength when I am weak, like Samson after he lost his strength?
Lord, will You make sure everything is okay, especially when things look bad, like when Joseph was betrayed by his brothers?
Lord, will You be with me if I am persecuted and left for dead, like Paul?
Thank You, Lord. I knew You would.
