Most every young lady has dreamt of a fairytale wedding. The flowers you use in your wedding go a long way towards setting the feel of your wedding. But in just about every case, flowers bring a certain magic and romance to a wedding. Often you'll see flowers on the guest tables at a reception. Flowers can get very expensive really fast so you'll want to proceed with a clear plan.

Now it may be tempting to go with armfuls of beautiful roses everywhere you look but be sure you know what you can afford to spend on flowers. While a significant part of the overall budget, you'll want to make sure you've covered the cost for the reception hall, the food and, of course, what is sure to be a stunning brides dress. So make sure you cover these large expenses first and then see what you have to spend on flowers.

Some brides on a small budget go with more common flowers. Large bunches of daisies when artfully arranged can make quite an impact visually without breaking your budget. You may even want to make your own centerpieces. If you do, you'll need to find a wholesale flower supplier who will sell to your directly. And you'll need some really good friends to help you assemble the centerpieces. And because the flowers won't keep all that long, remember this will have to get done in a rather short period of time.

If you make a party out of making the centerpieces and inviting your bridesmaids to help out be sure to thank them in some way. Serving them dinner is one nice way to thank them. Also realize that you need to tolerate some imperfections if you ask your friends to help. This is not the time to play 'bridezilla'.

And with all those lovely flowers now assembled, you'll have to address how you will get all the completed centerpieces to the reception site. The best situation would be to assemble the flowers at the hall the day of your wedding. Of course consider also that you could be stressed out that day and most brides would prefer to take it easy and spend the day on makeup and hair the day of their wedding.

For the fortunate women who have generous budgets for their weddings, they may want to have the flowers displayed in big glass vases. Some of these can be engraved with the bridal couple's names or some even let you add a picture. Whichever way you go, these can make treasured and useful mementos for the bridal party or a few family members after the reception is over.

However you do it, consider adding flowers as your wedding centerpieces at your reception.
