On June 1, of 2008, the Retire In One Year program went through an important transition that would either make, or break the program.  Before the program transition the idea of the program was simple:

Get all members into at least 3 quick income programs.

Build the teams of its members through company advertising.

Introduce members into other reliable programs as they began to earn a profit.

Earn $4,000 per month after one year in RIOY.

As it turns out, this was easier said than done.  Surely it is far easier to earn $4,000 per month from approximately 10 programs, rather than just one?  This could have easily been achieved minus one big problem that was nagging the program; members had leads but what they did not have too much of was marketers.

Marketers are the members in RIOY that are paying the $35 a month for program services, and are active in the program.  Leads are people that merely opted in for more information from RIOY.  In effect, teams were not being built simply based on the company marketing from RIOY.  Some members were having success, but that success came from mostly personal marketing efforts.

The word "scam" began to be thrown around, and some members opted out of RIOY, which was their choice to make.  Members could say whatever they wanted about RIOY, but it was never a scam in any way, shape, or form.  The Retire In One Year program isn't even an affiliate program, and the way that members earned a profit was from the reliable programs that RIOY introduced to members.  The only logical thing that could be said of RIOY was that things weren't going to turn out as planned.

Karl Green, realized that this was the case, and the program began to undergo a change that would remedy any shortcomings.  RIOY continued to go through its transition throughout the month of June, and eventually the program emerged, new and improved.

At first I was opposed to the program change, that seemingly came out of nowhere.  It's not that I was seeing as much success as I had expected, but I was beginning to see success nonetheless.  I had done more work to market the RIOY program than any other program of which I was a member, and out of nowhere things were changing.  Before the transition was entirely complete, I was unsure that the new system would find any more success than the previous one.

However, once I studied the new system upon completion of the program transition, I realized that RIOY was much improved, and each member would now have the best possible chance for success.

All of these things are different now, and looking back, I am now pleased that RIOY had some struggles early on and needed to make some quick changes.  The platform for success is much better now for every member that comes into RIOY; the team building is organized, the compensation plan is very generous, and everything is nicely laid out for new members on the new RIOY website.

RIOY always had the intent of getting all members into some of the top health and wellness companies out there, in order for them to earn a substantial residual income in a long term way. 

RIOY is not only going to help members get registered, but they will also place all members in a way that will benefit RIOY as a whole. The goal is for each member to have a successful business up and running by the time that the funds from RIOY are complete.   RIOY also pays very generous commissions (20%) on any personal referrals that upgrade from a lead to a marketer, and choose to make a one time deposit into the program upon startup.  Anyone has the option of making a one time deposit (only at startup), and will receive their investment back by the end of one year.  That's not even all of it!  RIOY will also send out monthly checks of $300 per month for a total of 3 whole years.
