In Mister Wong, bookmarks or stories can be found from the tags, much like in any major social site.  This is one reason why proper tagging is important in social bookmarking.  As long as you use relevant tags, or keywords, and as many of them as you have, others will be able to find your submissions within the site much easier.  

It is possible to make friends in Mister Wong, as well as create high ranking stories.  In Mister Wong, I don't have too many friends, but that's only for lack of socialization.  If you do have friends, they can either save your stories or recommend them to others.  Saving them would be equivalent to a positive vote, and recommending would allow them to email your submission to the person of their choice.  The stories that are saved the most will rank the highest in Mister Wong.  

Get in the Spotlight.  It's actually easier said than done.  There is a special Spotlight page for members, but the organization must be done behind the scenes, so I guess you'll just have to work on becoming more interesting.  

Overall, I love the ease of Mister Wong.  I have about 200 bookmarks saved, which is extremely easy and quick as well.  The site does also come in English which is great for you and I if you are reading this.  Duh.  Anyway, Mister Wong is a great site for bookmarking and is very user friendly, which is always a plus.
